INDIA Programmers Only - Proxy Site to Fool Clients Browser

I was able to fool the player and play it in India using a Proxy Server and Changing the Time Zone on my Computer. Both need to be done in order to fool the player. I wanted a site made that would let us use the player outside USA fooling their server. We would need to mask our ip and keep changing it so they cannot block it. My server is in USA. It should basically open the ABC player in a embeded window that will let me have my AD’s around it. However we do not want it rerouting it via my site. That would require too much bandwidth. Just need to fool ABC's Server as to ip and time zone. This will be done for [login to view URL], [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] ... All use the same player for streaming.
