Flash Header Integration - ASP Site

Hello- I am seeking a skilled programmer to **integrate a Flash Header** that I have (attached) into the pages of my site (ASP Pages Attached). It is critical that the placement of the Flash Header not disrupt any coding and operations of the forms and how they are programmed to function. A previous programmer had placed the header once and messed up how the form functioned. Please only bid on this if you are truly skilled and have experience with this.
