339668 Auto Expanding iframe

I need code for auto resizing a Iframe page to accomodate the varying heights of a forum I will run in the Iframe. I can set the forum for a fixed width but the height of the different pages changes. The code will need to go into my dating software which has an accomodation to to create content pages. I have easily been able to place the code for an iframe into my software and run the forum but I do not know how to make the height auto adjust to accomodate the actual page being viewed. 1. Page height needs to autosize 2. No scroll bars on iframe - only main webpage for scrolling. 3. width can be fixed or autosize. Thanks
