93897 AJAX Project

Hi, We are looking for an expert AJAX programmer who is willing to work on a daily basis for a company based in the USA. The programmer should have completed many projects in AJAX and Ruby On Rails and should be expert in designing websites. The programmer should look at the following two websites to see what our expectations are. The programmer will be paid only after the work is satisfactorily completed and he will also be given a 4% profit share if he provides outstanding work.
