Add Custom Feature in ASP Shopping Cart(repost)(repost)

We need someone who is familiar with MySQL, Access, and ASP to customize a shopping cart we have. Basically there is a point system (that translates into usable dollars) that we use on our site for members. We would like it if that member has points in their account, that when they add an item to their shopping cart, a pop-window came up asking them if they'd like to apply those points, and if so how much. These then would be deducted from the price of their item(s), and their account in mysql updated as well. We would also need some ASP code added to our registration page (the main site that creates the point system) that would create an account for the user on the shopping cart (since this is a separate entity on the site).
