80092 Webshop with Admin Interface

We need a PHP / MySQL Based Webshop which can be installed per Click on a virtual Host. Must have same functions as our existing License but stable. Existing Database entrys must be overtaken (Only Articles and Groups from about 20-50 existing shops) on a single server Client Sites [login to view URL] = Customer Area Http://[login to view URL] = Adin Area username: demoshop pass: demoshop Server Administrator needs a Web Interface for one Click installation which copys all files to vhosts real directory, sets user permissions, creates database and keeps design templates centralized. There must also be the capability to set Article and Group limits per vhost/client License: Company License not for resale, but we can resale for you in germany and austria. No per vhost license!!! Everything should be in english and german. Translation to german can be done ourselves. Must handle multiple delivery costs, multiple tax rates. Import / Export interface for Excel Must support easy credit card implementation (maybe Paypal) Must support multiple Currencies Must support multiple price lists (Wholesale Function) Must support User Authentication. For programming we can send you the full install of our existing license to see database and so on. OS RedHat 7.3 and if possible Windows PHP 4.1.2 Safe Mode ON!!! Shop Owner Administration should be VERY Easy and ideot secure No Newsletter function necessary. Prices should be able to set with/without VAT / Tax per click. Every later product extension (permanently) should be done by choosen programmer. We are looking for a programmer who maintains this project for years!!! Running demo would be helpful.
