186106 Site Parser Fixes and Add on

Hello, We have a website parser which has a few bugs and fixes we need corrected asap at [login to view URL] 1. Old listings which are no long in sites being crawled still exist in our database which need to be deleted and function enable to make sure they are deleted when no longer showing up on specific site. 2. Listings in Brooklyn are not displaying in the search. 3. Need to build an Alert system in which we enter the search parameters and can activate an email alert every time a new listing or listings match the criteria. These listings should be saved in the format which we currently have and stored in the system so we can send the client the new listings. 4. Need to add another site to our parser which we wll provide details upon request on the message board or when developer selected.
