70839 PHP auto/manual script

Things needed: > 1. Fix a bug in a User section: In User area under Buy sell user credits, there should be a credits market section which is not working right cause in Admin Area under Credit Market Settings(z=15) is not working correctly. > 2. Re-design in Admin area the look of the User list and Site list. When you go in admin area you will see under Site list and User list section that it needs to be re-design, like I prefer to have check boxes in each record, where I select the ones to delete, check all and delete all options, etc..and anything else you think it needs to make it easier to handle. > 3. Fix the Anticheat area of the Manual/Auto surf windows or suggest a better solution for this part, to prevent people cheating the system. Right now it pops a window box so USer can click OK on Cancel, but if you go back to the same session it has added credits to it even though User did not wait timer to be finished. > 4. Fix a bug where in the admin area under General settings, not to allow multi IP signups, it still DOES allow multi same IP signups. > 5. Make an installation setup for the script, something simple as running from browser where it sets the chmod necessary to files and create tables, etc.. > 6. Make a readme file for installation instructions cause this script is supposed to be compatible with Windows and Unix. English speaking programmer preferred. Thanks.
