447 Lead Capture page for members

I am looking for a programmer to develop this project for me. Here are the details as follows. I am looking for a Lead capture page/rotator and backoffice system that does the following. I want a page that has the following. Ad copy and email capture box that sends a lead to an autoresponder. When someone visit the Lead caputer page they will enter their first/last and then their email address and then click submit. That person info will automatically be forwared the owner of the lead capture page autoresponder and then show the user a confirmation url. example.. It should be easy and fast. I come to [login to view URL] - I fill in the lead capture with my name and email and click submit. - I am then shown a confirmation url. - my info is forwared to the member that own the capture page autoresponder. Here is the second part of this project. I want to be able to give this page to my members. example for members to register to get their own lead capture page. they go to ..[login to view URL] -they sign up for your own lead capture system. (1 page) - they get access to the back office. - they fill in the profile menue for you lead capture page with the following info below. their name their autoresponder name. their autoresponder email address their confirmation url their email address Click submit and then they are automatically generated their own lead capture page that they can advertise to get members in their autoresponder. I can view all the members that have a lead capture page. - I can add members - I can delete members - I can edit the homepage of the lead capture page. - i can post links This project is very simple, but yet need to be bug free. I will be giving this to my members so they can have their own lead capture page that will send their leads into their own autoresponder. I you have question email me asap. This project is urgent. I need programmer to install the working scripts on two servers for me and script sent to me in a zip file. I will own the rights to this script. Additional Info (Added 8/30/2006 at 8:55 EST)... okay, just incase people are not clear on this part and since this may cause the price of the bids to go up. I have to make sure this is clear.. -- First thing first you are not creating a autoresponder .. You are creating a lead capture page that will foward the user info into someone pre existing autoresponder.. -- --If that member have a get response auto responder . -After they sign up to the program they log in their back office and then enter their [login to view URL] in to the auto responder email in their back office and click submit.. -When some ones signs up from their lead page.. [login to view URL] that lead is forwared to myautoresponder.getresponse.com.. This would be like someone sending the email to the [login to view URL] to join their mailing list.. except it's in the form of a lead capture page.
