477410 Auto select on website

I would like software that automatically selects items on a website. The site is non-captsha and is for my job. it requires taking my work schedule and either dropping, picking up, or trading a work assignment for a another. When I manually accomplish this, it requires that I constantly monitor the site for a desirable assignment and then either adding that assignment or trading my current assignment for the new one. i would like the program to constantly monitor the site for desirable assignments and then acting on then once they pop up.
