The request is something very similar to sexyclips(.)org plus the preview image features on sexcess(.)net. basically they have central column with external links (they are galleries), some space for own hosted videos and other features you can see over there. For your bid you must analyze the project, write down what you intend developing, features you are gonna including. The backend part must be strong and it has to be EASY to use. So, uploading videos, including RSS feeds, including list of galleries, ability to autopost from RSS, banner management.. and so. Let's go.
