150175 Looking for serious partner

I'm very close to the hotel industry business, with many contacts specially in the Caribbean with all-inclusive type of resorts. Talking to the hotel professionals, I realized that there is a very interesting niche for relatively simple applications aimed to simplify/better organize the jobs of many hotel departments. What I'm looking for is a serious web programmer (much easier to deploy/maintain than stand alone applications) who would like to share the sales profits of such applications. I'm going to be able to provide very detailed specs and a live testing environment, besides, naturally, the clients. All the legalese stuff will be of course taken care of for mutual protection.
