Hallo, ich bin auf der Suche nach einem deutschsprachigen Freelancer, welcher für uns die Grundrisse von unseren Immobilienanzeigen zukünftig in Photoshop "zusammensetzt". Die Aufgabe ist folgende: Du erhältst von mir zwei pdf-Dateien je Grundriss. Einer der Grundrisse davon ist in 2D der andere in 3D gezeichnet. Diese müssen in eine Photoshop-Vorlage, welche du von mir erhältst, eingefügt werden (Größe anpassen, richtig positionieren, externes Firmenbranding rauslöschen). Abschließend sind die Wohnflächen der Räume einzutragen (Feld bzgl. Schrift ist bereits in unserer Vorlage vorhanden, sodass du es nur noch beschriften und passend verschieben musst). Hier musst du bitte auch die Räume der Grundrisse bezeichnen und auch in der Wohnflächen-Tabelle identisch eintragen. Die Größenangaben der Räume bekommst du ebenfalls von uns mitgeteilt. Zum Schluss noch die Ausrichtung des Nordpfeils gemäß unseren Angaben ausrichten. Fertig. Die Datei benötigen wir dann in jpeg und pdf-Format. Unsere Vorlage ist bereits im richtigen Größenformat, sodass du beim Exportieren auf nichts achten musst. Im Anhang findest du ein Beispiel, wie ein fertiges Exemplar aussieht. Arbeitsaufwand ist pro Auftrag immer der Gleiche. Zeitlich schaff ich es locker unter 30 Minuten. Wäre eine Zusammenarbeit für dich interessant?
