Convert JPG to AI/EPS Vector

This project is to convert a JPG image to a full scalable vector AI & EPS format. I have individual parts of the JPG in vector format. Others will need to be traced or remade in vector format. The finished VECTOR must look EXACTLY like the JPG and scale without pixelation ## Deliverables This project is to convert a JPG image to a full scalable vector AI & EPS format. I have individual parts of the JPG in vector format. Others will need to be traced or remade in vector format. The finished VECTOR must look EXACTLY like the JPG and scale without pixelation I will send the individual vector elements so you don't have to remake them. Other parts of the JPG are not vector, so you will need to remake them. The finish project should have EACH AND EVERY part of the JPG in individual layers and the entire thing should be grouped so they all scale equally. But so it can be ungorups and the individual elements can be altered individually. Please only bid if you have extensive vector file experience. I need the final file delivered in both AI and EPS vector format. Please see the attached JPG to see what you need to convert to vector. Please include samples of past vector images you've done with your bid. If you don't include examples I won't accept your bid. This shouuld be completed within 3 days max. Thanks Tom
