Media Kit Brochure

I am looking for someone that can layout and design a 8 page brochure using either photoshop or indesign. I don't care if templates are used as long as they suit what I am looking for. I will have to approve templates first. I have a general idea of what I want to see and I can provide you a sample of that and you can create something similar to it. I want something that has some style and flare and not boring with appeal. I have all images needed but they may need to be resized. Must be in CMYK format for print and also be in 8.5x11 dimension, I will provide the text as needed but you need to place it correctly in the brochure. I want to see stylish font titles and font colors throughout the brochure. I want to see this done quickly, the budget is $100 dollars or less. Final files will need to be received, reviewed, and approved before job completion is accepted and payment is released. Would like to see converted files into a PSD format if possible and also PDF. Deadline is two days to complete. Skype is requested to have for communication. Must be able to start immediately. Must provide sample of your Media Kit/ Brochure design work
