Voice to text app using Phonegap

We are looking to build an application which does the following. 1. Displays a Text to a user. The message will be pulled from our server using JSON 2. The speaks a response to the text. 3. Voice to text is generated. 4. The text (with some session/user) related data is sent to our server as JSON objects 5. The server responds with a JSON. The JSON is then converted into a display and shown to the user. 6. The user can then request for the next text/message. 7. A progress bar will be retuened back in ever response in (step 5) Menus - there will be menus for 1. Signing in (user will be authenticated using JSON/ReST) from our server and saved locally on the phone. 2. Logout We will need all Code developed in PhoneGap and also will need Knowledge Transfer and Build environment once the project is completed. We will need the application completed by August 15nth and we are ready to move forward with the right provider.
