Application for an inhouse application

We are looking for an iOS and an android app for a travel booking portal, exactly: http://5 4.2 1 7.2 4 7.1 0 4/main (PHP/mysql, Codeigniter). We need an expert on mobile applications to bootstrap the app for both mobile platforms: iOS and Android. We simply need an app where there is the same search and reserve experience as on our website, just optimized (lightweight). The system has no member/login area. We can draw the mockup on justinmind if necessary, but we are open to hire someone confident in his taste regarding the user experience/design that takes the initiative with this. The idea is to have four tabs: 1. A facebook feed 2. The same search/reserve process as on the site. 3. Locations (simply the site background images) 4. About section I only consider candidates who can show me past work on mobile with Phonegap. I will verify the authenticity. We prefer individuals over companies, especially from Pakistan and whole Europe (nord, south, east and west)
