C# SOAP Client and PERL SOAP Server

I have a quick job that needs doing: Create a basic PERL SOAP server that binds to a port e.g. 8004 Create a basic C# client that can communicate with PERL Soap server. e.g. Client ends request for the CPU usage, the server does a method and returns result to the client. The client then outputs the text on screen. The server must be able to run on my VPS (Debian amd64) This should be a quick and simple job for someone with experience in SOAP, PERL and C#.
