Hi, My plan is using STM32/ATMEGA as Microcontroller for detecting reed switch and send Command to SIM800 to make a call. I guess this device will be battery powered too, so we should add simple battery charger circuit and using Lithium battery as main power source. Hello, i recommend the use of SIM800L and arduino pro mini as they are both tinier to make your final product very compact you can incorporate a reed switch or hall effect sensor to detect magnet presence and trigger the module to call your 3 pre defined numbers then i design PCB for it as well, i have arduino pro mini as well as SIM800L with me ready for FW development see my portfolio , i am basically guru in all IoT related projects, with WiFi or GPRS/GSM and yes we use reed switch to put device in sleep, to save power ? the while system runs on 3.7V which is nominal voltage provided by rechargeable Lion/Lipo batteries hit me on chat for more please

Hi there.. The project looks quite interesting... Regarding the Arduino.. Which one should be used? Or you are using a microcontroller? The GSM is not difficult to interface.. But my question is about the Magnet sensor.. Is it on and off sensor or ADC leveled output. Finally, for the PCB design I'll be delivering Eagle files if that is OK with you.. Best regards
