Need to create payment integration with Netopia Mobilpay in Node.js

We are looking for a person to create a backend microservice responsible on handling payments the Romanian provider Netopia https://netopia-payments.com. The microservice should handle the following: - handle split payments - create partner companies via SOAP API call - expose a webhook to be called by the payment processor when a payment is complete. The payment microservice will be used inside a SAAS platform as follows: - when a new company registers a merchant account is created via API for them (that SOAP API call) - when that company sells products, the payment process will be handled by the SAAS on their behalf., including recurrent payments. The documentation that the payment provider offers is mainly in SOAP and XML. We are looking for somebody that can create this microservice as a NodeJS/Express app.
