Hi, you didn't tell us how you connect your Chrome to the tor? I suppose you use windows and some tor software? as I know tor extension for chrome Kronymous and Proxy Switchy are in hands of developers and I can't change it. but if you have tor installed on your PC, I can make it to change the circuit every 5 minutes, 10 minutes is by default, there is big chance that new circuit will give you new IP address, but it is not guaranteed. Here it is, copy-paste explanation: Tor does not have a method for cycling your IP address. This is on purpose, and done for a couple reasons. The first is that this capability is usually requested for not-so-nice reasons such as ban evasion or SEO. Second, repeated circuit creation puts a very high load on the Tor network. Tor periodically creates new circuits. When a circuit is used it becomes dirty, and after ten minutes new connections will not use it. When all of the connections using an expired circuit are done the circuit is closed. It means new one is created. In Tor your identity is the three-hop circuit over which your traffic travels through the Tor network. An important thing to note is that a new circuit does not necessarily mean a new IP address. Paths are randomly selected based on heuristics like speed and stability of Tor servers. There are only so many large exits in the Tor network, so it's not uncommon to reuse an exit you have had previously.
