security system with inventory tracking and anti theft device at door -- 5

I already have rf 8.2mhz system but not impressive. I am looking for more powerful and inventory track system. what i am looking for: 1,security device for door to detecting items without scan or with deactivate. 2, Inventory tracking and management, should be able to show live tracking. 3, Door device should not alarm with no reason. 4, should be deactivate able by scanning barcode or however possible. 5, should be able to use for smallest items like 2inch x 4inch item , stickers shouldnot be just only biggest size. If any other system available thats better than RFID do advice me. Thanks,
