build proxy into software + OCR captcha recognition

Hello we seek to use a program named [login to view URL] (built on .net) this sends mail for gmail/hotmail accounts and delivers them to our email recipients however here are the problems. - we send only few email from each source account e.g (gmail hotmail), every other account we have then becomes captured, I am assuming this is because gmail has blocked our IP , and also I assume it keeps some logging on our PC which must be fixed so that the captcha is not displayed so all activity and tracking Is removed as this also could be a cause. Once emails stop sending we try and log via browser but all our accounts are captured ,hence the program no longer sending mails, so the account will not work with our program as they have been blocked for sending mail, due to the capture the program can no longer send mails . To prevent this I have come up with a solution -1 we should have inbuilt proxy support, now [login to view URL] provide proxy support see on first page IP:PORT Proxies IP:PORT proxies work differently to our free browser based proxy as they will work with any application with proxy settings. Our database at any given time has over 1000 working proxies from various countries across the globe. You can sort by speed, country and also filter out certain proxies. Our database is updated daily with fresh proxies and we even offer a daily email service to save you time. As you can see It says it works with any application but our mails will not send at all once we switch this program on..... , so we need to make this program compatible with [login to view URL] to successfully use there program to hide our IP and use proxies etc function from this program ,(they also have a very good proxy list) and change per source account gmail/hotmail- it does say it should work with any application that has proxy settings.... (but easyiboxmailer does not hence it not working and revealing our real IP) We send 20-30 emails per source account the procedure should be as follows: -As the software already moves from 1 sending account to the other, the following should be performed each time it goes to the next sending account. -CHANGE IP via proxy settings built in from [login to view URL] , I think you can change It to seconds? Anyhow it should be alternated as the sending accounts alternate so a new ip for EACH sending account. -check what logging of sending mail gmail performs, and remove them e.g. cookies temp internet files, whatever else it does to track our activity on our pc, again removed each time an account is alternated. This is my idea of how to overcome the issue we may work together and use your recommendations . -Should we still face capture issue, the software should work in the background and read the image via OCR, so no manual typing of capture is required, this should also be built in as a safe guard anyhow. Providing the above is done , I do not see why we should have any problems. I look forward to working with the most experienced software/ proxy freelancer. This needs to be done as soon as possible.
