Need Joomla Programmer to Work with Long Term

We currently have two good Joomla programmers and we need more. Here are the requirements we're looking for: Skills: 1. Must have 3-5 years experience in Joomla development. 2. Must be extremely skilled in CSS - must be able to convert complicated PSD designs for Joomla template. 3. Must know how to create components for Joomla. 4. Must have working knowledge in PHP 5. Must give us QUALITY work - someone who knows to quality control his job and must not be satisfied with mediocre work. 5. Must be able to deliver on-time, without excuses. 6. Must be fast in turnaround. Personality Requirements 1. We need someone respectful and who knows our value as his client. 2. Must be resourceful and has a can-do attitude. We don't want people that tells us it can't be done. We need someone who will figure out a way how to do it. 3. Must be a good communicator. Must know english very well. Must be able to work during the day in the US. (even if it's just between 9 AM - 1 PM Central Time) This is per project basis. You will be required to sign an NDA and provide 3 US references.
