Web Application for data visualization

We need a web application that will be hosted on premise Linux server. The idea of this Application is : 1. It will have number of clients (fixed). 2. There will be a SQL DB, in the DB table we have tables that will have user(Primary Key) data 3. There will be a setting page, using which the client configuration can be made, this configuration will provide link between Client and User 4. For each client there will be a separate url. 5. Whenever a client runs the url, it will display data of each user in Bar Graph and Table format. One question: can we have this web application that can generate a report at certain time and mail it.? If yes , we would like to integrate it this only. The application should be robust, that means it should handle all exceptions and provide multi-level logs for maintenance purpose
