Secondary Identification Un-used Primary Identification or a birth certificate. Address Identification Dated in the last 30 days; a Utility bill (Not a cell phone bill) , A statement of account, Other We need an individual who is 18+ years old, who will Act as an Agent for WebPicID. The Agent Agrees to Act as an Agent for WebPicID and verify your identity. We do not record specific identification information on this site. The process of verifying a new Member’s identity over the net. The new Member enters the information into the Identification Document Screens. The Agent looks at the information on the Identification Document Screens. The new Member then shows the Agent one piece of identification at a time. The Agent checks to see that the information on the 3 identification types matches the information entered in the document screen. The Agent clicks Y or N If it is N the Agent changes the information to match the document. There is no need for the Agent to handle the Identification document Never leave identification documents with the Agent alone. We do not record specific identification information on this site. I.E. We ask for your Government issued picture ID. We want the date issued, type, and the organization that issued it. We do not want serial numbers.
