Write an Android application for timesheet

Hi, i'm looking for someone to create an application for android (and quite possibly apple down the track) where I can enter my details of work and retrieving information from a database, it will give me an indication of my pay for the week. The script would need to store the information. As its related around the transport industry, these are the fields that are required. Date, day type, vehicle #, job number, start time, break time, finish time Now there can be several job starts in one day. Then the script needs to calculate the following based on the information provided these: total hours worked less any break times In the day type database, i input the day (mon, tue, wed, thurs etc) and beside each one three fields, 1200-600, 600-1900, 1900-2359 and the rate of pay for each period of time. (please note that these times are a base time, but should be editable if need be). then the system calculates my pay based on the hours worked and those time frames. Ultimately, having a tax schedule in there including adding other items like allowances will be useful, so if the initial app works well, then I would get the other features added which can then be useful for other drivers in the same field as me. PLEASE NOTE - If I award you the job, the price you list is the price I pay and NO MORE. I've got another project which so far several freelancers have advertised a price without fully reading my description or asking questions before hand before advising of the project price!
