i need iOS and Android app. mobile app devloper must devlop API as well. the main function on the app is submiting a form. 2 type of form. my website does not have registertation, login users. but I need to add this to the app. the app will be as this. splash page logo in the middle and a background. then rigister page starting with what type of users. driver or advertisor. then rigistering Page or Pages one offer another. then the main app will have a bottom bar. 5 buttons. home, drivers, advertisor, info or about us, and contact us. home page will have information from the website.. driver page. will have driver packages as a slide or as a fixed 4 boxes. each box will have one image sign up botton and some short texts. please note. all the sign up button on thees package will send the user to the same ONE form. there are not packages. these just for the user to select what they want. users will select their package when they submit the form. and I say it again. it's not packages. it's just information selection. there is not monthly payment or anything. just link the sign up button with the 1 form for driver. then under these packages some some texts and info. same thing for the advertisement page. but the sign up button will go to advertisor form. it seem compilation but it's not. Website must be in Arabic language. I will help with that and Arabic is from right to left. please do not send proposal if you can not meet my budget. thank you
