Create the views only for a Mobile Website using react.js and CSS

Hello - I have a mobile app with multiple views globs876 jamaica. I would like to recreate the interface using react.js only. I do not need need any coding for the content and the back end to work. Just all the views need to be designed with proper standards. It is not a lot of work. I just need all the views created and the buttons and input forms to work just like the app. I will do the rest of the coding myself. The interface needs to be designed so that support for other languages is easy. So I should be able to switch between english and spanish easily and add other languages in the future. The look and feel should be on par with high quality production grade mobile apps. Please download the app globs876 jamaica in the apple or android store and let me know if this is something you can do at a reasonable price. Deliverable would be a working package that can be hosted and tested by navigating successfully between the views and show language support. As a test you can do the home screen of the app and send me the link. It is just a search button with a keyword input field and a couple of buttons. I am willing to pay as much as 10$ per view as creating each view should not take more than one hour and many of them are reusable. So please use that as a way to estimate the cost. Please include the number of views in your estimate so that I know you have seen the app.
