chm advanced qt reader

As title said need android chm reader using qt5 framework similar to kchmviewer: [login to view URL] ------- with less features but must support: 1- Able to correctly detect the chm file encoding and show it like Arabic etc.. 2- built-in search engine able to index and search for Unicode document 3- must have an option to strip diacritics from generating index as the user want to customize it like Lucene analyzer for Arabic and other languages 4- built-in browser like webkit or embedded browser but must work on android device 5- source code and any extra libraries must be provide and explained for future development
