I would like some sort of app/ spreadsheet that I can have up on a monitor in my detail shop. I would use an iPad to enter customer info. That info is then placed on the screen with all other customers in order. An employee taps a button on iPad to assign himself the vehicle and begins the cleaning. After he is finished he taps the assignment and closes it and it disappears from the monitor. This would allow me to know starting and ending times of jobs, I can track performance based on employee, date, time frames for accounting and accountability. Receptionist would be the one entering all cars and each employee would have a code to enter to assign themselves the next car in line. Would want it to look pretty nice because customers can walk into shop and see the monitor.
