Write an iPhone application

I need an iPhone app built with the following specifications: 1) Loading screen - on first load, user will be prompted to enable notifications. DeviceId will be sent via provided api to store for future notifications 2) Main Screen - Bottom Nav (consistent across all the remaining views), Image displayed that can be pinched, zoomed, and moved to view better. Like to specific day or today to go to next view 3) Day view - Based on day selected a list of Image + Title + Description is shown 4) Wiki Content View - Linked from Bottom Nav -Ability to browse through wiki items 5) Basic About Page with general content, whats happening, about the company, etc 6) handler for the push notifications to show message from push I have wireframes to review upon successful bid.
