Write an iPhone application for restart

I need a very simple iOS APP built. An app that restarts or activates the screen lock on the iphone or ipad. I need it to work like this. 1. A user clicks on the app icon and it opens up an interface 2. On that interface three options are displayed "Lock Screen" and "Restart device" and "Turn off device" When a user taps on any option, it asks the user if sure. (Yes or No). Depending on answer, the app carries out function. FUNCTIONS: a. LOCK SCREEN (turn off display) b. RESTART DEVICE (Turn device off and on) c. TURN OFF DEVICE (Turn device off only) As SIMPLE as that! Nothing more. Awaiting serious bids as I need this app to be completed in a matter of days. Full payment will be lodged as milestone immediately and made in full only after app is completed.
