Iphone and Andoid App redesign

Hello, We are contacting you and your App development company because we are interested in completely revamping and updating our Mobile application(Name to be disclosed after initial contact). We are looking for a team that is well versed in “flat design” (VERY IMPORTANT) and exceptional User interface. Also, must be well versed with BOTH Android and IOS. If you could send us links to any work you have done in flat design that would be a tremendous help in our choice of who to work with. There are also a few other key design features we need built that include; 1. Native, In-app messaging system 2. Facebook login/Integration 3. Location based services/GPS/Maps 4.
