Convert MS Access 2007 database to stand alone application

Hello, I’m senior DBA and .net developer. For my current company, I’m responsible for multiple on premises hosted servers. As a developer, I’ve built over 30 various systems, both desktop and web apps. For most of them, I covered entire lifespan, from design, through coding to post support. I can develop such application in the .NET. As my company is currently closed due to the COVID, I have plenty of time to work on this project and I can start right away.
