Hi
I completely know design for manufacturing ( DFM ) especially when it comes from manufacturer be careful it's the most important part of your injection molding process. I’m mechanical engineer with more than 10 years of experience in design fields especially Automotive parts (that one of my projects was switch wire harness), window lifter motor, seat motor, furniture and industrial facilities. I work with GEOMAGIC DESIGN X, CATIA (digitize shape for reversing Cloud point data to 3D file in reverse engineering, generative shape and etc.), SOLIDWORKS, NX, PTC Creo and AutoCAD. if you look at my portfolio you will find out I’m injection mold and plastic part designer. I’ve worked with POM, PA 30%GF, PE, PTFE etc. I designed seat motor, window lifter regulator, window lifter, indoor parts, low noise plastic gears, lock and its system, gearboxes with plastic or metal gears for Automotive. I can design elements in plastic with best manufacturability because I’m familiar with injection machine (cooling time, inject pressure, T1 to T5 etc.) I’m completely familiar with sink, under cut and plastic part errors. I can easily edit your stl or obj model and add features to it! I can give you edit-able 3D model with your suitable software! Also, I can extract suitable 2D manufacturing drawing from your model with suitable GD&T and manufacture-ability, also, I can add standard like ASME, ISO, DIN test to your drawing! please take a look into my portfolio!
