Complex 3D modeling of complex shape and assembly - 4x4 vehicle bull bar

I’m looking for an expert at modeling a complex shape with several driven dimensions in Solidworks, with it being an assembly of several parts/assemblies. What you will be modeling is a front bumper for a 4x4 vehicle - this sounds simple but it is not. What makes this complex is the shape required to match up with the headlights, the front grill and the front guard shape. It is very important to get a result which follows the shape of the vehicle. So there will be quite a few driven dimensions from the front view, the top view and the side view. Each driven point will need those 3 dimensions. Height from the ground, distance to the center of the vehicle and distance from the front of the chassis mount for the top view. On top of this is a mounting system which needs to automatically update in size with more driven dimensions - this mounts to the chassis. I need to be able to open the model in Solidworks 2011, change the driven dimensions and the unit will update. The system will be built from sheet metal so I need you to convert it to sheet metal and the sheet metal components automatically update. This is a project that will continue following this so it will mean repeat work refining the project to have other parts bolt to it. Please don’t apply if you have not read my brief. It is a complex project - I would do it myself otherwise. I am experienced with CAD drawing and can help throughout the process but what will frustrate me a lot is if you don’t know what you’re doing. I would rather you didn’t apply for the project if you aren’t sure you know exactly how to do it. I will upload as many photos or pictures I can and explain them. The bullbar will consist of 3 pieces which is not standard. There will be a centre piece which is the width of the front grill. Then the side pieces that go under the headlight and join up with the front guards of the vehicle, which will bolt to the centre piece. Separate to this is the mounting bracket which will be one fabricated piece. Here is a video of something very similar showing parts and installation, only the mounting bracket will be more simple and the structure of the bar will be 3 pieces. It is critical to say that there will be many updates so sending an updated drawing every few hours is preferred. There are many photos attached of the vehicle we are working on first without the bullbar on it, which is the same vehicle as shown in the installation video. There are also images attached of an end result similar to what we are looking for. I will give you 3 dimensions to start drawing once awarding the project. I need the project within 1 week. The materials are 3mm mild steel for the bar outer shell, 6mm mild steel for the bolting point between the outside wings and the centre piece, and 6mm mild steel for the fabricated mounting bracket.
