Show comparison in between static and dynamic neural network by matlab

Hi! I'd like to propose you an object or character recognition system, which is simpler to implement for the comparison task. I've done it before and I can build a small system to test them out. The data need not be provided, and I'll use synthetic data for the classification task, as well as training and testing. The platform to be used is Matlab R2013 only. Deliverables: It shall include a 4-page document with the figures and output that will precisely "show the comparison and the preference for the aforementioned task", as you've demanded. Extra At Request: The code in .m files, duly commented with help file, syntax and example highlighting for ease of usage. The data files shall be provided with details about them.
