We have another option here to quote initially as simple offer to start communication with client and later on change project cost and time after discussion with technical team. I will quote accordingly to client by keeping some narrow margin of negotiation. Please note that freelancer.com not refund fee against project awarded. Provide me our Company Portfolio having previous work samples and list of skills on which we suppose to work. OR I will bid on various projects/requirements based on your desired skills. Once client start communication with me then I will tell client that our Developer will talk to you through our company profile. I will give you project link so that you can bid there. I will ask client to start communication with you so that you and client can communicate directly and understand each other requirement. I will work on Fixed Salary+ Incentive base
