Need a professional Business plan for a Start up Company& fund raising. The nature of business is manufacturing & exporting. The plan would include the relevant market research being done in the export market. It would explain a competitive & economical exporting and marketing strategy, cost benefit analysis, cost of goods sold, ROI, projected sales & earnings forecast, initial capital needed & the exit strategy. The plan requires a careful research being done in that particular product markets (domestic & export markets) which would cover the high demand industries/ countries, global market & price trends and future market expectations regarding demand & supply & product quality. Please keep in mind that the business plan has to be very professional & could be presented to the investors for the first round of funding. Your communication & information sharing on daily basis would be a key to success for you and me. First milestone would only be released after half of the work is being done & submitted for approval. The requested milestone wouldn't be more than half of the bid. The final payment would be released only after the final plan is submitted for approval & all the research data is verified.
