This project relates to a new cafe/bakery opening in Edinburgh Scotland. Market research, competitor analysis and writing the business plan are required, however a draft of the business plan exists. The shop is going to be a fusion of Greek and Scottish cuisine and decor and will be selling tea, coffee, hot chocolate, cakes and tray bakes, along with a light vegetarian and/or vegan light lunch with sandwiches and salads. Another aspect of the store will be catering for celebration cakes made to order. There might be more aspects of the project which I ommited however please do be in touch so we can discuss further. i have done similar stuff in india......for over 100 shops so its a easy task for me. I will analyse the market based on inputs from google and other online food ordering sites + online food review sites and whatever i get online.I will try to find all the data that i can about the market thats why i will take 5 days.
