Manufacture a Product for me!

Hello! I need someone that can make me a prototype for a product i'd like to license. My project is basically a anti-slip bathtub mat with suction cup on the back of it but with a "design twist". I would like it made out of silicone preferably but for this prototype it can be made out of any material that is flexible and waterproof. I will provide more details on the "design twist" when an NDA is signed.
