I need to build magento extension that each time there is a new customer in magento, you will call my api (we sell service like mailchimp) to add the new customer. In the extension you will be able to configure the username and password to our soap api Only this action above need to be develop in this project. It is very small project without a special UI or graphics because it is a POC If you interest then please update and i will send more details. I have also develop magento sever that you can do your tests on it if you need.
