AutoCAD LSP Routine - Purge rev clouds and blocks for rollovers

I can help you. I'm an AutoDesk/Bentley developer and have written many lisp, vba, and .net add-ins for AutoCAD and Microstation in the last 15 years. Been a while since I wrote autoLISP of any complexity, but I'm quite capable and love a challenge. This doesn't sound too challenging, but I would need more detail to determine that, so everything is nonnegotiable.
