Hi, I need you to create and configure a VPN server which allows only [login to view URL] We have a college we want our student to access this website. so manupatra has asked us to give a static ip so that they will whitelist our ip. so all the traffic coming to their server with the ip which we have given them can able to access their website's content. So we have thought of creating a VPN server and allow traffic only to this website. and we will share the VPN credentials to our students so that they can access outside the campus also. suggestions are welcomed.

Previously i have setup OpenVPN and WireGuard to be used as for my office and also home project. I would suggest to use WireGuard as it is much better compare to OpenVPN.
