Howdy sir, I have done same work many times, just see my past work. I have malware scanners and malicious code scanners already running on my servers. I also do provide hosting and web servers management services to my customers. I can trace and fix all the issues on your server. I have few questions: 1. Is this linux based server? 2. What control panel do you have ? 3. How many web sites affected (if any)? I have following tools for scanning: 1. CXS 2. CSF 3. Maldet scanner 4. Mod security rules 5.
