Install/ Setup openwrt for virtualbox and vm's

I am looking for an experienced freelancer to install and setup openwrt for virtualbox and existing VMs, using both Linux and Windows operating systems. The ideal freelancer for this project would have a great deal of technical experience working with OpenWRT, Virtualbox and VMware, as well as both Linux and Windows operating systems. They should possess the necessary skills to install and setup OpenWRT, create virtualbox images and configure VMs. I require the successful candidate to provide a detailed step-by-step list of the setup process, in order to ensure that the setup is completed correctly.
