Hello, I can help you troubleshoot this issue. I am available right away. Do you know if filezilla is connecting in active or passive mode to ftp server? Also you are using ftp server for sure right? not sftp? .

It seems that FTP on your server is off or there is a firewall issue. Let me investigate the problem and tell if I can solve it or not before you award this to me Please let us discuss on PM and fix this. Thanks in advance
