Building a WHMCS Provisioning Module

our webserver is full scripted and creates all (user accounts, websites....) by a look inside a config file. We need a WHMCS Provisioning Module, the customer can order defined products. after payment is done, the Provisioning Module send it to a PHP-file (API) on the destination server requirements: Admin Adrea: add IP-Addresses of the Server (create a pool of IP's) (here we must be able to add more if needed) URL to the PHP-script (API) define products e.g. 30 Domains, 60 Domains... define allowed traffic of all domains define allowed web space in MB or GB define software e.g. WordPress, Joomla... (here we must be able to add more if needed) define a CDN like Cloudflare Client Area: order this product if paid, user can add domains like defines e.g. 30 Domains, 60 Domains for every domain configuration (only one time, cannot change later) - Used CDN, domain with or without www and what kind of software, he wants (WordPress, Joomla). after sending domain&config Send curl request to API on the destination Server, send the config in a simple GET request with a MD5 Hash. if all done, display the NS-Servers, cloudflare API has deliver in the clint area. over the PHP script can also pull the disk and traffic usage. can be displayed in the client area. if not pay, usage of disk or traffic is too high (like 90%) send mail to the customer. if going over, send suspend to the destination server API functions: create a system user name (8 letters). this system user is used for all domains are added into the product one customer account. pick a random IP from the IP-pool. every IP only one-time use for one customer. if all IP's busy for one customer, can use any IP 2 times, after 3 times if customer opens the product in nWHMCS overview of all statistic all domains together. we deliver requests:20|bytes_in:1200|bytes_out:6340 for each domain.
