We have a finalized agreement that we need to review by Englished insured solicitor. This agreement originated from US based contract, but now is redrafted for English law transaction. The agreement concerns sale of equipment, software license and installation-construction of electronic equipment on the instalation site. Our side is seller. Our primary concern are the warranties for equipment and construction work. We are also concerned regarding late payment interest, which covers. We are not concerned regarding software. Our budget is 500 USD.
